Jason Thomas Dugger, 36, of Hannibal, died at 11:20 p.m. Wednesday, January 28, 2009 at his home. Funeral Services will be at 11:00 am Tuesday, February 3, at the First Presbyterian Church in Hannibal. Rev. Steve Barker will officiate. Burial will be at Riverside Cemetery in Hannibal, MO. Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday at the James O'Donnell Funeral Home.

Jason was born September 21, 1972, in Litchfield, Illinois to Tom and Kathy Weatherford Dugger. Survivors include his Partner, Ryan Black; his Parents, Tom and Kathy Dugger, Grandmothers, Shirley Weatherford and Luella Dugger, 1 Brother, Justin Dugger, and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

He is preceded in death by his grandfathers; J.T. Weatherford and Junior Dugger and 1 cousin; Kendra Murphy Higgins.

Jason was a professional musician and a music teacher. He enjoyed performing with his theater group "The Big Muddy Opera Company". He also loved creating art and playing the piano with his band "The Jazz Cocktails". Jason was an active member of the Hannibal Arts Council. He was a member of Fifth Street Baptist Church and was recently attending First Christian Church.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hannibal Arts Council in care of the James O'Donnell Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Ken Norman, Jon Norman, Matt Norman, Kenny Cummins, Greg Ashworth, Doug Riley, and Willy Richmond.
