George Eldridge, Retired Steel Worker
George Eldridge, 73, of Dry Ridge, died Friday at his residence.
He was a retired steel worker from Central Steel and Wire Co., Cincinnati, operator of Fox Hollow Fox Farm, Holbrook, an Army veteran, and a member of Vine Run Baptist Church, Dry Ridge, and Tri-State Fox Hunters Association.
Survivors include his wife, Barbara Eldridge; sons, George Eldridge of Jonesville, Vernon Eldridge of Williamstown, Bryan Eldridge of Crittenden, and Mark Eldridge of Dry Ridge; daughters, Debbie Roy of Mount Zion and Judy Eldridge Huff of Dry Ridge; a brother, Curtis Eldridge of Crittenden; sisters, Sue Webster of Dry Ridge and Betty Holland of Richmond; 10 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Eckler-McDaniel Funeral Home, Dry Ridge. Visitation was held on Monday. Burial will be in New Vine Run Cemetery, Dry Ridge.
