She was an active volunteer at Tampa General Hospital for many years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne, her son Jon P. Blackwell and a grandson, Michael Boles.
Services held at Riggle-Waltermann Mortuary. Burial in Earlham Cemetery.
