JANICE MARIE GUGLIELMOTTI, 55, of Borden Avenue, an accounting clerk, died Saturday in Rhode Island Hospital, Providence.

M She was the wife of the late Anthony P. Guglielmotti. Born in Providence, a daughter of Ethel (Sceeles) Rebello of Seekonk, and the late James Rebello, she had lived in Seekonk before moving to Johnston.

Mrs. Guglielmotti was an accounting clerk at Providence Gas Co. for 15 years. She was a communicant of Holy Cross Church.

Besides her mother, she leaves a daughter, Janice Guglielmotti, and a son, Fred Guglielmotti, both of Johnston; three sisters, Kathleen Deacon of Rumford, Roslyn Penacho of Seekonk and Lorrie Campanini of Johnston; a brother, James Rebello Jr. of Pawtucket; and three grandchildren.

The funeral will be held tomorrow at 8:45 a.m. from Rebello Funeral Home, 901 Broadway, East Providence, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 in Holy Cross Church, Hartford Avenue, Providence. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
