Winnifred Warf Scott, 90, of 7751 US 158 died at her home on Saturday (April 5, 2014).
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00AM Wednesday (April 9, 2014) at Citty Funeral Home Chapel and burial will follow in Evergreen Memory Gardens.
A native of Rockingham Co., she was a daughter of the late James Ashford and Amanda Scott Warf and had lived in Reidsville most of her life. She was retired from American Tobacco Co., a member of Baptist Temple Church, the Golden Leaf Retirement Club, and the Sunshine Ladies at Fairview Baptist Church. Mrs. Scott was preceded in death by her husband: John William "Bill" Scott; son: Allen Keith "Kip" Scott; daughter-in-law: Glenda Scott; brothers: Richard Warf, Henry Warf, Gordon Warf & Buford Warf; sisters: Maude Lamberth, Nellie Matthews, & Mary London.
Surviving are daughter: Billie Scott doss of the home; grandchildren: Mark Ray Doss, Kimberly Pait, & Denise Thomas; great grandchildren: Nicholas Doss, Caleb Doss, Caitlain doss, Matthew Pait, Ryan Keith Thomas, Ashley Pait, Samantha Atkins & Erika Thomas.
