Carl W. Ivey, III, 65, passed away April 3, 2014 at his home in El Reno.
Carl was born in Little Rock, Arkansas on November 3, 1948.
He worked for the Rock Island Railroad and retired from the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad after 42 years of service.
Leaving behind his wife Jane, of 46 years; his brother, Edward Ivey and wife, Cindy of Conway, Arkansas; his son, Carl W. Ivey, IV of Oklahoma City, OK; his daughter, Belinda J. Hannon and husband, John of Mustang, OK; his mother, Hazel Ivey of El Reno, OK.
Also surviving are granddaughters, Halle, Kendall, and Rylee Hannon of Mustang, OK and a grandson, Tylor Evans of El Reno, OK. Carl will be missed by many friends including his childhood friends from Little Rock.
Services will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, April 8th, in the First Christian Church in El Reno. Rev. Ronnie Fields, Pastor will officiate.
Interment will be in the El Reno Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Wilson Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to: Oklahoma Hospice Care, 4001 Classen Blvd., Suite 105, Oklahoma City, OK 73118.
