Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at St. John and St. James
Evangelical Lutheran Church, Reedsville, the Rev. Harvey Hackendorf
officiating. Burial will be in West Side Church Cemetery, Reedsville.
Mr. Voeltz was born March 28, 1904, in the Town of Maple Grove, son of
the late Ernest and Wilhelmina Ziemer Voeltz. He married Ida Mack
June 18, 1926, and the couple farmed in the Town of Maple Grove.
Survivors include his wife; two sons, Edwin and William Jr., of the Town
of Maple Grove; two brothers, Hugo of Reedsville and Leonard of the Town of Maple Grove; a twin sister, Mrs. Frieda Juedes of the Town of Maple Grove and two grandsons. A brother preceded him in death.
Friends may call after 2 p.m. Wednesday at Reedsville Funeral Home until 10:30 a.m. Thursday when the casket will be removed to the church where the body will lie in state until the hour of service.
