Hugo Rahn Jr., 28, son of Mrs. William Schuette of Rockwood, died at
7:30 o’clock last night after an illness of five years.
He was born at Reedsville Sept. 12, 1911 and was single. Besides his
mother he leaves one brother, Carl, at home.
The body will lie in state at the Pfeffer Funeral Home after 7 o’clock
tonight. Funeral services will be held there Friday at 1 p.m. and at
2 o’clock at the SS. John and James Lutheran church at Reedsville. The
Rev. H. Eckert will officiate and burial will take place in the adjoining
cemetery.

Hugo, the little two year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Hugo Rahn, had a narrow escape
from service injury when he fell from a porch on which he was playing to the
cement walk, a distance of eight feet. Aside from a bruised shoulder and ear, the
little fellow suffered no injury being able to be up and about shortly after.
