Effie Ogliee (Hilburn) Roth of Owasso passed from this life on Thursday, April 3, 2014 at the age of 93. She was born to Joseph and Dora (Hatchett) Hilburn on December 6, 1920 in Muskogee, OK. Effie was raised by her mother and stepfather Barney Spencer in Tulsa. She was a 1936 graduate of Clinton High School in West Tulsa.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a brother Armon Hilburn, a sister Faye Hilburn Bush and a half brother Remell A. Spencer.
Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Tuesday, April 8, 2014 in the Chapel of Mowery Funeral Service with Rev. Dean Tucker officiating. Private burial will be in the Memorial Park Cemetery, Tulsa.
