MIDVALE--Thomas James Burke III, age 24, our loved son and brother, died November 5, 1992 due to complications of Bi-Polar Manic Disorder.

Born April 21, 1968 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Thomas James Burke Jr. and Susanne Jeppson. He served an LDS Mission to the Florida Tampa Mission and was a student at the University of Utah. He was an employee at Fred Meyers and enjoyed golfing, pencil sketching and oil painting.

Survivors: parents, Midvale; sisters and brother, Charlotte, Mindy, Britanie and James, all Midvale; Mrs. Michael (Marnie) Davis, Sandy.

Funeral services Monday, Nov. 9, 1992, 11 a.m. in the Midvale 7th LDS Ward Chapel, 642 Jackson St. (8300 South 300 West). Friends may call at Goff Mortuary, 8090 So. State, Sunday 6-8 p.m. and Monday at the church from 9:45-10:45 a.m. Interment, Larkin Sunset Gardens.
