Raymond J. Anderton Dies After Collapse
Raymond J. Anderton, 58-year old Worcester (Mass.) textile mill owner, yesterday collapsed on the grounds of his estate at 778 Sarbonne Road, Bel-Air, from a heart attack and died a short time later.
Anderton apparently had walked up a hill to the mail box near the gate of his estate when he was stricken. He was found lying beside the mail box by Alfred B. Clark of 3907 W. Sixth St., a passing motorist.
He leaves his widow, Mrs. Nina G. Anderton, and relatives in the East. Funeral arrangements are in charge of the Utter-McKinley Mortuary, 8814 Sunset Blvd.
Note: Be-Air is a ritzy neighborhood in Los Angeles.
