No actual death date has been found as of yet he is last listed on the marriage document of son James Jerry Farrington as LIVING in 1896. He is not listed on any 1900 federal census . according to my grandfather Marshall Louis Farrington story of his family , Son Robert Lee Farrington carried his father back to there former home in Pembrook, Cumberland County N.C. to be buried, Marshall also states he went down there years later and found the grave as to the location we have not figured that out at this moment . Note they moved by wagon for two weeks from Pembrook to Pinhook Gaston County N.C. then to Mcadenville Mecklenburg N.C. And last to Graham Street Charlotte N.C.
