Jon Raine Tate GEORGETOWN-Jon Raine Tate, born on Aug. 26, 1934, a retired educator and servant leader, who dedicated his life to his family and profession and shared his kindness with students, friends, coworkers and greater community alike, left us on April 1, 2014, in Georgetown, Texas. His presence was a gift to all of us and his departure a reminder to all who met him of the beauty of a gracious man, a man of wisdom and a true Texan. A time of visitation will be held at 10 a.m. on April 4, 2014, at Ramsey Funeral Home. Funeral services will begin at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at Austin Memorial Park Cemetery in Austin, Texas.
