Willie was born to Paul and Ruth (Alexander) Cox. She married the love of her life, Norment Foley, on September 19, 1941 and they had two children together.
Willie was preceded in death by her parents; husband; daughter, Linda Gail McNamara; two brothers, Alexander and Albert Cox; and four sisters, Sylvia White; Annie Shaw; Mary Marshall; and Frances Stewart.
She was survived by a daughter; a sister; a brother; and two grandchildren.
