Mary Jane Brenneman Wilson, 95, of Carlisle passed away peacefully Tuesday, April 1, 2014 at her home. She was born May 10, 1918 in Middlesex, PA to the late Robert and Pearl Hall Brenneman; and predeceased by her husband J. Frank Wilson who passed away on May 20, 1971.

Mary Jane was a graduate of Thompson Institute, worked at the former Carlisle Deposit Bank, and was the bookkeeper at Wilson Paving for many years. She was a member of the former Evangelical Lutheran Church of Mt. Holly Springs and a member of order of the Eastern Star, Old Bellaire Chapter. She learned to fly in 1942. Mary Jane raised and loved her family, was an accomplished seamstress, enjoyed her flowers, and was humble, gracious, and generous to all. She was the last survivor of her generation of the Brenneman and Wilson families.

Surviving are her four sons, Dwight A., Ward L. (Sharon), Edward A. (DeLeigh), Mark L. (Barb), her daughter Fern L. Wilson, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
