Robert D. Stalcup

Bob was born Feb. 14, 1938 in Winterset, Iowa to Harold and Mary (Boughton) Stalcup.
He graduated from Thayer High School. Bob served in the U.S. Air Force and after his discharge, he worked the family farm until moving to Arizona in December 1974. He worked for Dick Warner until his employment at the mill for Cyprus Bagdad Copper Company. He retired after 22 years of service. Bob worked at the VA in Prescott for 10 years. He took great pride in his job there and made many friends while employed at the VA.

Bob is survived by his wife Vonda; nine children; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sister Barbara of Winterset, Iowa; brother Donald of Salt Lake City; and many family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Gary.

A Celebration of Life will be at 11 a.m. on April 1, 2014 at the VA Chapel in Prescott.
