Gladys Evelyn Flora Earlywine, age 81, of Cynthiana, Kentucky, died Tuesday, April 1, 2014, at Johnson Mathers Nursing Home, in Carlisle, Kentucky. Born in Harrison County, Kentucky, on March 18, 1933, to the late Clarence and Nellie Howard Flora, she was a homemaker and a member of Ruddles Mill United Methodist Church.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by: her husband, Bradley T. Earlywine; two sons, Jeffrey Thomas Earlywine and Bradley Gene Earlywine; four brothers, Shearle Flora, Clarence Flora, Jr., James Flora and Eugene Flora; a sister, Helen Flora; and a brother-in-law, Scotty Fryman. She is survived by: a son, Jim (Julie) Earlywine, of Harrison County; a daughter, Shirley (William) Willoughby, of Cynthiana; three grandchildren, Sarah Willoughby, Bradley Willoughby and Nicole Earlywine; three sisters, Mary Alice (Ronnie) Turner, of Carlisle, Ohio, Nancy Fryman, of Carlisle, Kentucky, and Sue (John) Ritchie, of Millersburg; a sister-in-law, Betty Flora, of Paris; special friends, Renee Justice, Florence and Ashley (Jeremy) Souther and family, of Falmouth; and the special nurses at Johnson Mathers Nursing Home, in Carlisle.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Ware Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Millersburg Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to: Hospice of the Bluegrass, 1317 US Highway 62 East, Cynthiana, Kentucky 41031; and the Johnson Mathers Activity Fund, 2323 Concrete Road, Carlisle, Kentucky 40311.
