Services for Mrs. Jimmie Ferguson, 76, of Diboll will be held at 10 a.m. in the Gipson Funeral Home Chapel. Dr. John Barnes and Rev. Larry Weaver will officiate and burial will be in Glendale Cemetery.
Mrs. Ferguson died Monday in a Houston hospital. A lifetime resident of Diboll, she was the widow of the late Carl D. Ferguson. She was retired from Southern Pine Lumber Co. where she had been employed as a PBX operator. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Diboll.
Survivors: sons, Carl W. Ferguson, Cmdr. E. Blant Ferguson and Jimmy W. (Bill); sisters, Rhoda Faye Chandler, Mrs. I. H. Epperson and Mrs. J. A. Massey; brothers, H. H. (Jack) Chandler, C. O. Chandler and E. M. Chandler; 8 grandchildren.
