Lance Alan Duncan, 32, of Lake Mexia, passed away on March 31, 2014 at his residence. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 3, 2014 at 4:00p.m. at First Baptist Church with Reverend Marcus Sheffield, officiating. Interment will follow at Mexia Cemetery. Family visitation will be Wednesday evening from 5:00-7:00p.m. at the funeral home.
Lance was born on March 19, 1982 in Ardmore, Oklahoma to Richard & Tommie Lu Nabors Duncan. He had been employed for 12 years as an insurance agent & realtor at his father's business, Mexia Insurance Service.
He was preceded in death by his great-grandmother, Joyce A. Duncan; nephew, Gabriel Brockmeyer and his best friend, Tyler Archibald.
