Ozark, Ark. - Former Duncan, Oklahoma resident ROBERTA LANE, 90, of Ozark, Arkansas, died Thursday, December 15, 2005, in Ozark.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Don Grantham Funeral Home of Duncan with the Rev. Billy Ward officiating. Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
Roberta was born Oct. 8, 1915, in Birmingham, Ala., to Sam Silas and Victoria Stonager. She married John T. Lane on June 7, 1930, in Paris, Texas, and he preceded her in death.
She was a retired cook for Elks Country Club, and a homemaker. She was a Baptist.
Survivors include a son, J.C. Lane of Ozark; a daughter, Joyce Paust of Mineral Wells, Texas; three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Pete Silas and Dewey Silas; a sister, May Gibson; and a grandson.
