Clarice is my older sister, I found out today that my sweet sister passed away after a long battle with Parkinsons Disease and other health issues. She was born in Norfolk, Virginia in 1938 the third child of Virginia and Clarence Banwarth. She had a wonderful childhood living in Virginia where she spent alot of time crabbing, dancing at the Navy Y dances and going roller skating at the Mercury Roller Rink. Clarice found out about ten years ago that she had Parkinsons, she had to stop working about 5 years ago because of her illness. She raised three children two boys and a girl. She was brave and dealt with her condition by herself much of the time. I choose to remember her as she was at 19 and 20 years old. Those were the best times. She had so much courage she will forever be in my thoughts. She left behind two sisters who loved her Didanna Pfluger and Sharon Rumfelt.
