Mrs. Chambers was born in Carroll County, Georgia on May 6, 1969, the daughter of Durell Hannah and the late Winnie Bell Holmes Hannah. She worked at Southwire as an inventory clerk.
Survivors include her husband, Ed Chambers; daughters, Stephanie Chambers of Carrollton, Brittanie Chambers of Carrollton; father, Durell Hannah of Bowdon.
The family will receive friends at Almon Funeral Home on Sunday from 3 p.m. until 7 p.m.
Funeral service will be Monday, June 11 at 2 p.m. at the chapel of Almon Funeral Home with Rev. Stephen Peeples officiating.
Pallbearers will be Tony Chambers, Billy Chambers, Chaz Chambers, Eric Griffth, Ruben Sprayberry and Paul Dukes.
Interment will be in the Carrollton City Cemetery.
