DONOVAN, JOAN MARY - age 75, of Sevierville, passed away Saturday, March 29, 2014. She was a member of Bible Baptist Church where she served as Sunday School Superintendant. She loved children and was head of the nursery, worked in children's church and retired from special need children.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Elsie Clark Goldschmidt.
Survivors: husband: James Donovan; God-daughter; Michelle Cupp and husband Joshua; God grandchildren; Alecia, Caitlin, Anna, Ashlynne Haas, Brittney and Jayden Cupp; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law; Gerard and Lula Donovan, Marie Donovan and daughter Elizabeth Donovan, Danny Donovan and Raymond Donovan; nieces, Terri, Cathy, Jo, Shannon, Amber, and Erin Donovan.
Funeral service 7:00 PM Thursday at Atchley's Seymour Chapel with Rev. David Jeffers officiating. Interment 10:00 AM Friday in Atchley's Seymour Memory Gardens.
