—Bethards, Mrs. Matilda, died at her residence near this place Monday last of, pneumonia, aged nearly sixty four years. Rev T. Penn preached the funeral sermon at the house, and conducted the services at the grave. buried in Masonic cemetery. Her remains were laid in the Masonic Cemetery, by the side of her husband's who died last March.
