Death Claims Edward S Howard
Edward S Howard, aged 46 years, of Piedmont, W Va, died this morning at the home of his brother-in-law, John F Finan, 8 Decatur St, after an illness of several months of stomach trouble. Mr Howard was a son of James A and Mary Howard, long time residents of Lonaconing. Mr Howard was a photographer, being proprietor of the Howard Studio of Piedmont. He was a member of the Westernport Division of the A O H and a past Grand Knight of Piedmont Council 685 Knights of columbus. He was also a Director of Davis National Bank, Piedmont. He iws survived by three sisters and two brothers: Mrs John A Finan, Cumberland; Mrs A A Belanger, Miss Estelle Howard, Huntington, W Va, Charles and William T Howard, Huntington. Mrs Joseph Brookman, Bedford Street, Cumberland is an aunt. The funeral will probably take place Monday morning with services at St Patrick's church. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
