William B. "Billy" Baker, 82, a former employee of the Carrollton Water Department, died Friday night at his home at 413 North Lisbon Street in Carrollton after an illness of four weeks. A life resident of Carrollton, Mr. Baker was a member of Reformed Church, a charter member of Pelican Club and a member of I.O.O.F. 53 years. He worked for the water department 15 years, retiring in 1946. Surviving are two brothers, Arthur of Magnolia and Ralph of Wellston, Michigan.
