Mrs Frank A Tole
Mrs Frank A Tole died very suddenly late yesterday afternoon at her home No 4 Ann Street. Mrs Tole had not been in the best of health recently and early yesterday afternoon called on her family physician at his office. The physician prescribed for Mrs Tole, but in th examination did not discover anything that would suggest an early dissolution. Shortly after returning to her home, Mrs Tole, while seated in a rocking chair engaged in conversation with one of her daughters and appeared as well as usual. Suddenly a pallor came over her countenance and she ceased to speak. Dr T B McDonald was summoned but the physician upon his arrival found Mrs Tole had expired. He opined death was due to cerebral hemorrhage. Mrs Tole prior to her marriage was Miss Mary Ann Rhoden. She was a native of Cumberland and was born October 14, 1856. She is survived by her husband who is a caretaker at the Eagles Club and the following children: Corporal John P Tole, Camp Gordon, Ala; Francis A Tole, Misses Ethel Lavine, Mary Bernadine and Rose Gertrude Tole, all at home. Mrs Nora Pigman and Miss Theresa Rhoden are sisters. Funeral services will be held Saturday morning at 9 o'clock from St Patrick's Church. Interment will be in the church cemetery. The family requests that friends do not send flowers.
