Laura C. McClellan, a lifelong Somerville resident, died unexpectedly, at Somerville Hospital on May 2, 2005.
She was 85 years old. An employee of Necco Candy Co. for 35 years, she was a member of the Saint Catherine's Sodality and the Women's City Club.
Daughter of the late Albet and Lucy (Creed) McClellan, she was the sister of Dorothy Saia of Somerville, Joan McClellan of Somerville, and the late Emma Dubuc, Mary Sullivan, Carol Campagna, Albert McClellan, Jr, Virginia McClellan and Robert McClellan.
Also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
A Funeral Mass was celebrated in St. Joseph's Church, Somerville Interment will follow in St. Paul's Cemetery, Arlington.
