VANCEBORO - Andrea Squires Gardner, 54, passed away Monday July 14,
2008, at Pitt County Memorial Hospital. She was preceded in death by her
husband, Rick Gardner; her parents, James and Marjorie Squires; and brother,
Robert Squires.
She is survived by her daughters, Lori Harting of Clayton and Rebecca
Williammee of Greenville; a stepson, Ricky Gardner Jr., of Belleville, Ill.;
grandchildren, Grace Harting of Clayton, Evan Williammee of Greenville,
Andrew Gardner and Rosemary Gardner of Belleville, Ill.; siblings, James H.
Squires Jr. of Houston, Texas, Richard Squires of Garner, David Squires of
Aiken, S.C. and Susan Squires of Ansbach, Germany.
The family will receive friends at Pollock-Best Funeral Home from 1 to 2 p.m.
on Saturday, July 19, 2008, followed by a private graveside service at Greenleaf
Memorial Park.
She will be loved and missed by all who knew and loved her.

Angie was my best friend and she was a shining ray of light. She loved her family and friends, good music and good times. She was a "hippie chick" that was so cool she was hot. She was my friend and I will forever miss her just as we all will. She was laid to rest between her parents and near her brother Robert Squires.
