She is survived by her father and step mother, Jimmy (Judy) Fleming; mother, Connie Long Fannin; daughter Danielle Smith; grandson, Beauden; her brother James "Bo" (Amanda) Fleming; grandmother, Anna Buckley Plotner and several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends in the Warsaw, Indiana and Prestonsburg, Kentucky areas. She is preceded in death by one grandmother, Carol Sue (Shambarger) Long (107824944); three grandfathers, Ballard Fleming (91932513), William Frederick Long (34926374), and Loren Plotner, and one cousin Julie Campbell.
Services will be held at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, Indiana. Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw, Indiana.
