T. Violet Andersen, 77, of Wetherbee Road, an employee of the Outlet Co., Providence, for 11 years before retiring in 1976, died yesterday at Rhode Island Hospital. She was the widow of Aksel A. Andersen.
Born in Providence, a daughter of the late John E. and Annie Marie (Larsen) Carlsen, she lived in Foster for 10 years. She previously lived in North Kingstown and East Providence.
Mrs. Andersen attended North Scituate Baptist Church, Scituate.
She is survived by a daughter, two brothers, three sisters, two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
