Suzanne Chisholm Patton, of Pauls Valley, passed away March 26, 2014 in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma at the age of 62 years.
Suzanne was born June 20, 1951 in Wynnewood to Branum Chisholm and Margie (Russell) Chisholm. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Pauls Valley and had made Pauls Valley her home all of her life.
Suzanne Chisholm was married to Donald Ray Patton on December 15, 1977 at the First Baptist Church of Pauls Valley. She was preceded in death by her father, Branum Chisholm; her grandparents, Irene and Chesley Russell; and an uncle, Reg Kesler.
Surviving family include her husband of over 36 years, Donald Ray Patton of the home; two sons and their wives, Shane and Jamie Patton of Paoli; and D. J. and Becca Patton of Pauls Valley; two grandchildren, Reg Patton and Kaia Patton; her mother, Margie Chisholm of Pauls Valley; one sister, Phyllis Chisholm Jones and Bruce Key of Paoli; an aunt, Elizabeth Kesler of Bluegrove, Texas; a niece and her husband, Kasey and Brian Byrne, and their son, a great-nephew, Asa Byrne, of Los Angeles, California.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 29, 2014 at 10:00 am at Stufflebean-Coffey Chapel of Remembrance officiated by Dr. Joe Elam. Interment will be at Oaklawn Cemetery in Wynnewood under the direction of Stufflebean-Coffey Funeral Home.
Everyone who knew Suzanne felt deeply loved. She had a gentle spirit, and her presence was full of joy and laughter. Our lives will not be the same without her. We will remember her by filling our lives with love and generosity
