Minnie Lee (Glover) Carneal was born on November 27, 1884 in Kentucky, the daughter of James Horrace Glover and Sarah (Terry) Glover.
She was married in 1907 to Silas "Boyd" Carneal (1881–1950), and he was the son of Isaiah Thomas Carneal (1855–1913) and his wife Nancy Hulda (Jackson) Carneal (1859–1935).
In Clarksville, Montgomery County, Tennessee, Minnie was 73 years old and a widow when she died of stomach cancer on October 14, 1958. Burial was the next day in Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Clarksville.
