COLLEYVILLE -- Glen O. Adams, 86, beloved husband, father and grandfather passed away peacefully at home Wednesday morning, March 26, 2014.
Celebration of life: 2 p.m. Saturday, March 29, at First United Methodist Church of Grapevine, 422 Church St., Grapevine.
The longtime Colleyville resident and his devoted wife of 53 years, Wanda Owen Adams, were active supporters of their community. His successful Overhead Door businesses in Dallas and Fort Worth enabled their generous spirit to provide support to family, friends and strangers alike. He was a vital life force who brightened the lives of all who knew him. His love and kindness will be missed by all who survive him.
Survivors: Wife, Wanda Owen Adams; children, Gary L. Adams, Larry G. Adams, Teresa A. Agler, Bryan O. Crippen and Amy Adams Ellison; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; siblings, W.C. Adams, Laveta Poe and Ira Adams.
