Funeral Services will be held at 2:00PM Sunday January 12, 2014, in the First Baptist Church of Gordon. Rev. Maxie Threatt, Rev. W.C. Bloodworth, and Rev. Paul Curry, Jr will be officiating. Burial will follow in Clear Creek Cemetery.
Ronnie was born in Wilkinson County to the late Holmes Johnson Amerson, Sr. and Nellie Wood Amerson. He served his country in the United States Navy, and in his spare time loved to hunt and fish. Ronnie is preceded in death by two Sisters, Betty Joyce Amerson Phillips and Beverly Amerson Kitchens, and by two Brothers, Homer "Junior" Amerson, and Don Amerson.
He is survived by two Daughters, Ashleigh and Alyssa Amerson both of Gordon. Brother, Mack Amerson (Jo) of Atlanta. Sisters, Barbara Smedley (Van) of Macon, Brenda Crutchfield of Macon, and Trisha Rickerson of Gordon. Many Nieces and Nephews.
