He was a member of Holloway Baptist Church. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy. During his working career he was a Line Inspector for CLECO.

He married the love of his life, Geri Paulk, 61 years ago and accepted Jesus Christ as his Savior shortly afterward. A loyal, loving family man, his God, country and family meant the world to him. He loved to travel and was blessed to have been able to see much of the world. Frank was a gentle giant of a man with a compassionate heart and loving spirit, leaving his good-natured impression on everyone who knew him. We all enjoyed his quick wit and comical sense of humor.
