Virginia L. Davis, 93, of Bloomington, formerly of Pekin, passed away at 4:57 a.m. Tuesday (March 25, 2014) at Heritage Health, Normal.
She was born May 4, 1920 in Mitchell, S.D. to Halley R. and Blanch Gish Oltman. She married Clarence C. Davis on July 3, 1943 in St. Louis, Mo. He preceded her in death Oct. 25, 1976. She was also preceded in death by her parents; four sisters, Ruth Saggerman, Beverly Oltman, Dorothy Apell and Shirley Pangle and one brother, Donald Oltman.
Surviving are a brother, Marion Oltman; a sister, Norma June (Gerald) Wollenschlager and a brother, Del Oltman.
