He is survived by his grandparents, along with other family and friends.
A visitation for Matthew's life will be held November 20, 2010 from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. at Owen Funeral Home Jeffersontown, 9318 Taylorsville Road. Burial is in Evergreen Cemetery.
