Mrs. Annie D. Waters died last evening at 9 o'clock at her home, near Harmony, this county, aged 72 years. She was the widow of the late James Waters and the mother of seven children -- Peter, of Kansas; James, of Myersville; Eugene, of Harmony; Calvin, of Harmony; Mrs. Jonas Doub, Myersville; Mrs. Rev. Knodle, Middletown, and the late Mrs. Frank Bittle, Ellerton. Her funeral will take place Monday morning, services at the lutheran church, Middletown.

She married James Henry Waters who was from the Goshen / Clarksburg are of Montgomery County, on February 16, 1839 in Frederick County, Maryland, most probably at Zion Lutheran Church in Middletown, as her father Peter Schlosser was a deacon there.
