She had one daughter, Tonnie Tungate, from a man named James Bailey, but she was never married. Annie was legally blind. She lived with her brother Fletcher Tungate back in the 1920 census, then in the 1930s lived with her daughter Tonnie and her husband Bennie Payton helping to raise their kids with them. Later in life she lived with Arlis Cox for the last 7 years on Route #1 in Mannsville community. I believe this to be a cousin of hers since her mom's name was Cordelia Cox Tungate. Her father was named James Tungate. Annie died at the Rosary Hospital in Campbellsville, KY.

Her granddaughter Ida, used her middle name as the middle name for her daughter named Betty.

Her sister Rose is buried in the same cemetery as Fletcher and her.

I also believe her other 2 brothers are here in this cemetery. William Franklin Tungate and Charles Washington Tungate. I found William's wife there Eliza J Tungate, so it's logical he's there too.

Gravesite Details believed to be by brother Fletcher Tungate, but unverified and headstone unable to be located. Death certificate does say this is the correct cemetery though
