Services for William Arthur Bagwell were held Nov. 2 at 2 p.m. in the John W. German Home chapel in Hayti with Donny Morrison officiating.
Burial was in Woodlawn Cemetery with German Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Bagwell died Oct. 30, 1983 in Memphis, Tenn., at the age of 77.
Born Feb. 4, 1906 in Cass, Ark., he was the son of the late George W. and Susie Cooke Bagwell.
He married Celia Mae Pryor Oct. 25, 1933 in Osceola, Ark.
Mr. Bagwell was a retired farmer and attended The Assembly of God Church in Hayti.
He is survived by his wife, Celia Mae Bagwell of Hayti; two sons, William Raymond Bagwell of Justice, Ill., and Larry Bagwell of Kennett; three daughters, Ida Sue Morgan of Davison, Mich., Lanell Brown of Camden, Tenn., and Joyce Brown of Hayti; one brother, Iva Bagwell of Jonesboro, Ark., one sister, Geraldine Watkins of Hayti; 12 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were George Camp, Maurice Camp, Troy Grissom, Oddie Brown, John A Tompson and Bob Turnage.
