Seth R. Steele, 73, a former Fort Worth school teacher, died in Dallas Saturday night after suffering a heart attack. Steele taught at old Central and North Side High Schools in the early 1920s and later taught at Amarillo High School. He had worked for the federal government in Dallas before retiring several years ago. He was active in Masonic work. Survivors are his wife, the former Miss Ann Murchison of Fort Worth; a son, Seth Steele Jr. of Rockport; a daughter, Mrs. Sally Frances Shelton of Dallas; two brothers, Stanford Steele of Fort Worth and J. M. Steele of Lubbock, and two sisters, Mrs. Mary McElhany of Santa Paula, Cal., and Mrs. Amelia Clayton of Ventura, Cal. Funeral services will be held at 2 p. m. Monday at Brewer Funeral Home in Dallas with burial there.
