Larry Lee Mollet, 63, of Georgetown died at 10:10 p.m. Friday (Sept. 3, 2004) at home.
Mr. Mollet was born Aug. 29, 1941, in Carlisle, Ind., a son of Hubert Raymond and Audrey Lucille Near Mollet. He married Sharon Ann High on July 4, 1959, in Georgetown. She survives.
Other survivors include his mother of Phoenix; two daughters, Teresa Galey of Ridge Farm and Debra Carroll of New Brockton, Ala.; a brother, Robert Mollet of Westville; a sister, Judith Pate of Phoenix; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father and a daughter.
Mr. Mollet worked as a welder at NACCO for 36 years.
He enjoyed working on street rods.
