Constable Timothy Dolan, aged 70 years, brother of the late John W. Dolan, who conducted the Franklin House, at Hagerstown for many years, died at 1:30 o'clock yesterday morning at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Thomas B. Finan, 128 Fayette St. Mr. Dolan had been in ill health for three months. Death was caused by paralysis. Born in County Cork, Ireland, came to this county with his parents when he was three years old. For many years, he resided in Washington County, coming to Cumberland 30 years ago from Hancock. For many years he operated hotels in the city. His wife who was a daughter of the late John Henry Martin of Indian Springs, Washington County died five years ago. He was a brother-in-law of former Justice Marcella Martin. Mr. Dolan is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Maude Finan, wife of Thomas B. Finan and one son, John Raymond Dolan, who is employed by Kelly-Springfield Tire at Buffalo, N.Y. The funeral will be held tomorrow morning at 9 o'clock with mass at St. Patrick's Church.
