Also surviving are a brother, Eric M. Lewis, Columbus; a sister, Sarah M. (Chris Bleau) Lewis, Columbus; two nieces: Hayleigh and Avery Mae Bleau, Columbus; stepfather, Jon Perrine, Elida; grandmother, Diane Lewis, Lima; and stepsister, Amber (Mark) Nichols, Perrysburg.
Deceased are paternal grandfather, Ron Lewis; maternal grandparents, Walter (Marjory) Beining.
Services will be held at Chiles-Laman Funeral and Cremation Services, Shawnee Chapel, with Pastor John Heyward officiating.
