Funeral services for Loretta Kelly Hoffman Tadlock, 75, will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 15, 2008 at Brown-Pennington-Atkins Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Carey Pratt will officiate with burial in Magnolia Cemetery. Brown-Pennington-Atkins Funeral Home is serving the family. The family will receive friends Friday, November 14, 2008 from 5-7 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mrs. Hoffman Tadlock, widow of Ernest Hoffman and Carl Tadlock, died Wednesday, November 12, 2008. Born in Darlington Co., SC, she was a daughter of the late John R. and Lizzie Outlaw Kelly. She was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene and was retired from Byerly Hospital and Carolina Pines Regional Medical Center.
Surviving are her son, Robert E. Hoffman of Hartsville, SC; sister, Jessie Mae Lunn of Amelia, VA; grandchildren, Tim Hoffman, Carie Lauderdale, Robert Hoffman, Jr., Thomas "T.C." Hudson, James "Worm" Hoffman; 16 great grandchildren.
