Christy Cox, 79, of Victorville, died Feb. 17, 2005. She was born in Poland and was a resident of Victorville for 37 years. She was a retired homemaker. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She was a very active Christian in the Free Methodist Church for over 36 years. She is survived by her son, Billy John Cox; granddaughter, Christy Ann Cox; great-grandson, Dylan James Cox, all of Auburn; and grandson, Anthony Jerome Cox of Orland. Visitation will be from 1:30 to 2 p.m. today at Desert View Funeral Home Chapel, with services immediately following. Burial will be at Desert View Memorial Park.Desert View Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
