Marian B. Hall, 93, passed away March 6, 2014 at Kadlec Medical Center, Richland, WA. Marian was born February 16, 1921 in Larslan, Montana to Archie and Beatrice (Harrison) Shepard. She was the fourth of 12 children. She had a carefree childhood growing up on the family farm and developed a great love for creation especially for her horses and all other animals. Marian had wonderful memories of all the outings and gatherings with aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. That upbringing was reflected in her hospitality to anyone in her home and by her willingness to help anyone who was in need. You would always see Marian's eyes light up when children were around, they were her special delight.

Marian married Howard E. Hall on November 17, 1936. They had 62 years together until Howard's passing December 10, 1998. She was also preceded in death by infant daughter, Donna Lee; grandson, Ryan Hall; her parents, three brothers: Charles, Harly and Eugene Shepard; one sister, Ruth White; three son-in-laws: Bob Baty, Virgil Corpron and Al Nichols.

Marian is survived by sons: Butch (Sharon) Hall, Pasco; Roger Hall, Idaho; daughters: Verna Baty, Missouri; Bobbie (Stuart) Fisher, WA; Deanie Nichols, AZ and June (Jeff ) Roark, NV; brothers: Mac (Donna) Shepard, Kennewick; Lyle Shepard, MT; Cecil (Adele) Shepard, OR; Lee Shepard, MT and Les Shepard, MT; sisters: Bernice Mackey, Pasco and Laura (Lowell) Waln, Kennewick. She is also survived by 29 grandchildren, 67 great-grandchildren and 24 great-great-grandchildren and a large extended family.

Marian was one of Jehovah's witnesses for over 60 years. She enjoyed sharing kingdom truths and the hope of a paradise earth with others.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, March 15, 2014, at 2:30 p.m., at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 2120 N. Rd 28, Pasco, WA. Following the service the family invites guests to a reception at the Richland Yacht Club, 350 Columbia Point Dr., Richland, WA. You are welcome to bring a favorite dish.
