Brillion – Mrs. Fred Riemer, 63, passed away at her home in Brillion Friday following a lingering illness.
Nee Elisa Duchow, she was born June 14, 1876 in the town of Rantoul and was married to Fred Riemer Sept. 14, 1899. They have resided in this village for the past twenty years.
She leaves to mourn her departure her husband, three children, two daughters, Mrs. Frank Fuhrmann, ????, Wis., Mrs. Norman Rohrdanz, Chilton, a son Winfred Riemer, Brillion; a brother, Otto Duchow, Potter; two sisters, Mrs. Alvina Gruett, Potter and Mrs. Minnie Bloedorn, Brillion. There are also four grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Monday at the Trinity Lutheran church, the Rev. Martin Sauer conducting. Interment was in the new Lutheran cemetery addition.
