Friends may call at 372 East First south street Saturday and Sunday until noon and for 30 minuted prior to services at the chapel.
A resident of Salt Lake City for 40 years, Mrs. Griffin moved to Sacramento one year ago.
Mrs. Griffin was born at the old Union Fort, Utah, October 6, 1887, a daughter of Peter and Eliza Burgess Van Valkenburg.
Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. J. R. Miller, of Sacramento, Cal.; Mrs. C. J. Coughlan of Idaho Falls, Idaho; Mrs. V. R. Evans of New Castle, Pa., and Mrs. William Handley of Salt Lake City; 12 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
